The project „Diversity of production in INTEMO S.A. through introduction of the new products” is being realised through the use of innovative technology – RHCM (Rapid Heat Cycle Moulding) due to which the new products, from the pint of view of the target market, will be produced. This technology also allows to widen the range of products in our offer to the products that go beyond the branch that the company is acting within at present.
We have taken some actions to provide equal access to the new work places that have occurred with regard to that investment regardless of the sex, age, minority, ethnic, religion or belief affiliations
The project is characterised by its positive influence on the environment:
1. The use of RHCM technology excludes the need to paint the plastic parts.
2. The water usage decreases,
3. It enables energy saving,
4. During the production with RHCM no anti-adhesive materials are used,
5. The tightness of the charging systems has been achieved.
