In the recent days Intemo S.A. has received a thank you letter for the financial support for the local nursery school and special thanks to support for the local sports event: XI National Windsurfing Marathon Połajewo 2009. As the residents of the kuyavian-pomeranian region we are proud of any local ventures that promote it. We also think that it is worth investing in people from the very beginning in order to give them equal chances at a start.

Intemo S.A. has been systematically working over modernizing its factory, that is why in the recent months the press hall has been renovated and a new heating tunnel has been bought for packing. We have been investing also in people by sending them to numerous trainings closely connected with our production profile. The subjects of those trainings are most often: mould construction, plastic injection process and quality management.
Intemo as an ecology friendly company

In connection with our participation in a long-term program SEEP (Supplier Energy Efficiency Program) whose aim is to realise the production and company activities in an environmental friendly way by significantly reducing the energy consumption , our company has made quite a few pro-ecological steps. The lighting in the production hall has been exchanged to energy saving one, the plasticising system in one of the injection moulding machines has been equipped in isolating mat, which reduces the heat emission to the environment. A CO installation has been built to use the energy produced during injection process, reducing at the same time the use of fuel. What is more, the window and door frames have been changed to new ones – more energy-saving.

A European Union donation for production line within the framework of a competition for priority axis 5: Strengthening the Competitiveness of the Enterprises sub-activity 5.2.2. was a indisputable success of Intemo S.A. during the last few months. An automatic stand for pallets will allow simultaneous and automatic service of two injection moulding machines Engel type DUO 3550/650. The slats will be taken out form the moulds with the use of triple-axis robots that belong to the machine equipment and then the slats will be put on the conveyor belt from which the items will be picked up by a six-axis robot. A six-axis robot will lay down the slats on the conveyor in special nests in the ‘put-aside’ area. After putting the last layer the transporter will move the whole stack to the next step – wrapping. The wrapped stack will be taken over by the workers. The control of the whole working stand will be performed by the Siemens S7 controller with safety mode and ‘muting’ function. This project has been realised in cooperation with Przemysłowym Instytutem Automatyki i Pomiarów PIAP. Planned project finalisation: December 2009.

A new project has been introduced in our company which is based on the diversity of the production in Intemo. In order to make it possible we have implemented new products and modifications in the ranks of Innovative Economy Programme activity 4.4 such as: -enlargement of the transformer station by new transformers: 800kVA U1=6...21kV/0,4kV; new hyphens have been bought as well as , rails and condenser accumulators BK 630 500/25 kVar and cut-out Siemens 3P(3WL1116-2CB32-1GA2); -new injection moulders have been purchased: Engel DUO 35050/2000 WP, Asian Plastics SM600 and two Krauss Maffei’s KM 600-3500C3 Sprinter, as well as moulds, steam generator, central system of conveying and drying the material, machines for automatic transport, packaging, labeling and stacking.
