We offer an innovative service for the production of complex technical products made of polymer materials in a single technological operation.

The service enables the manufacture of components with complex geometries, including products integrated with assembly or reinforcing elements, without the need for additional ultrasonic welding or assembly operations. The process includes material preparation, injection moulding and robot-assisted production operations. Process parameters are analysed using a tool based on Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), supporting the selection of technological process parameters.

The service also enables the use of recycled materials, regranulates and individually prepared material compositions, ensuring high process repeatability, shorter lead times and efficient production of both large and small batches.

The service is particularly intended for the production of technically complex components for the machinery, energy and ventilation industries, as well as for other industrial applications.
